INGREDIENTS:
Activated Apple Cider Vinegar: We use a proprietary process to create what we call Activated Apple Cider Vinegar. Apple cider vinegar, otherwise known as cider vinegar or ACV, is a type of vinegar made from cider and has a pale to medium amber color. Our unpasteurized, unfiltered and organic ACV contains mother of vinegar, which makes the vinegar look cloudy. Apple cider vinegar contains valuable minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, sodium, potassium, iron, magnesium, and chlorine. It also contains sulfur, copper, silicon, fluorine, beta-carotene, pectin and malic acid. Trace minerals help rebalance mineral and chemical levels.
Aloe Juice: Succulent Aloe Vera leaves contain a vast array of vitamins, minerals, and other beneficial ingredients such as enzymes, sugars, acemannan, anthraquinones, phenolic compounds, lignin, saponins, sterols, gibberellin, and salycilic acid, in addition to 19 amino acids, including 8 essential amino acids. Aloe Vera is rich in vitamin C and germanium. An abundance of vitamins, minerals and amino acids are essential in balancing the chemical transfers required to maintain adequate electrolyte levels.
Cinnamon: Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several trees from the genus Cinnamomum that is used in both sweet and savoury foods. 1 tbsp. of cinnamon provides 78 mg of calcium. Natural Calcium is extremely beneficial for hydration. Cinnamon contains eugenol which makes it a pain reliever due to its prostaglandin E inhibiting action and is highly effective in increasing circulation.
Filtered Water: Pure water cannot be over emphasized. Chemicals can alter the level and ability of the body to absorb vitamins and minerals to the detriment of good health.
Garlic - Garlic is a wonderful seasoning to add aroma, taste, and added nutrition to your dishes. We often recommend using raw chopped or pressed garlic in many of our dishes to take advantage of the benefits derived from garlic. Garlic is a strong anti-inflammatory agent and aids with circulation.
Ginger: Ground dried ginger (10% water) provides numerous essential nutrients in high content, particularly the dietary mineral manganese as a multiple of its Daily Value. In a typical spice serving amount of one US tablespoon or 5 g, however, ginger powder provides negligible content of essential nutrients, with the exception of manganese present as 79% of the daily value. Ginger has few negative side effects and is on the generally recognized as safe. It can ease pain, increase circulation and helps relieve nausea, arthritis, headaches, menstrual cramps and muscle soreness.
Honey – Honey contains essential trace vitamins and minerals. Vitamins and Minerals are essential to good health. We use Honey not only for its nutritional values but to use it as a healthy sweetener that doesn't hurt or mess with your natural sugar levels.
Peppermint Oil - Peppermint oil contains numerous minerals and nutrients including manganese, iron, magnesium, calcium, folate, potassium, and copper. It also contains omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin A and Vitamin C. Because peppermint oil has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic properties, it not only can relieve pain and inflammation but can also calm the spasms that cause muscle cramps.
Vanilla: Vanilla beans are one of the expensive non-pungent spices used especially as a flavoring agent in wide array of sweet-drinks and confectionaries. Vanilla extract is chiefly composed of simple and complex sugars, essential oils, vitamins, and minerals. The chief chemical component in the beans is vanillin. Its extract contains small amounts of B vitamins such as niacin, pantothenic acid, thiamin, riboflavin and vitamin B-6. This condiment spice also contains small traces of minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, manganese, iron and zinc essential in chemical and electrolyte balancing within the body.
