Drinking Water

Drinking water should be a natural mineral source form (spring fed water) that includes a relative ppm of total dissolved solids of 75ppm to 150ppm. Each spring has its own unique minerals. If you are drinking from a high carbon based filter system from domestic sources be sure that it can filter out chloramines (which don’t have to be disclosed) by the local water supplier, but which are very toxic.
